Prompt:

Valentine's Day
Brian stared at the tacky display of Valentine’s Day bouquets and snorted derisively. What the fuck!? Whoever would want to buy that kind of stuff was way beyond his understanding.
He didn’t like red roses anymore. They reminded him of a time in his life and decisions he’d made that he wasn’t very proud of today.
Yes, Brian Kinney did regrets.
Still, he was here for a reason. He wouldn’t make that kind of mistake again, but no… no red roses.
Looking around the flower shop, the decision was easy. The bright yellow daffodils would be perfect for his Sunshine.

I loved this little drabble, and I can understand Brian's feelings towards the roses. The guy Ethan cheated with brought red roses, too ... so I'm sure Justin would much prefer the daffodils. Something unique and special.
Thanks so much for sharing! *hugs*

I very much prefer the symbolism of the daffodils to the very clichéd red roses. What's more fitting for Justin than bright sunshine-y spring flowers?
Thanks so much, my dear! And huge hugs from Rena ♥
