“Would you sit down?” Ben huffed and grabbed Michael by the seat of his pants, pulling him down onto the sofa next to him. Smiling at his husband of 20 years, he added. “We’re ready and Christmas can come.”

“I just want everything to be perfect tomorrow. It’ll be our first Christmas with everyone here at the house. Hunter and Chrissy. JR, Dean and the kids. We haven’t even seen little Amy yet…”

“Everything is already perfect. Just look at all those gifts…”

Michael leaned his head on Ben’s shoulder.
