December 7 - Red Roses

Over breakfast Justin casually remarked that Emmett had asked him to paint his portrait as a Christmas present for “his cutsie-pie Drewsie”.

Brian’s jaw dropped though thankfully he caught himself just in time before he said something completely stupid. “What kind of painting?”

“A life-sized naked portrait… uhm… a romantic kind of painting…” Justin answered, his voice skeptical.

“A life-sized romantic naked painting of Emmett,” Brian repeated with his trademark lifted eyebrow and tongue-in-cheek smirk.

“Yes,” Justin exclaimed in disbelief, “he wants me to paint him in the nude and while he’s lying on a bed of fucking red roses.”
