December 21 - Solstice

“So what do you think, Brian?” Justin asked, presenting his latest painting with a flourish. “It’s called Solstice and I want to show it in Chicago, along with the other two of this set, Beltane and Samhain.”

“It’s not bad, Sunshine. The colors are very compelling and I think it has a certain pagan charm.”

At Justin’s wide-eyed look he added with his trademark tongue-in-cheek smirk, “Makes me think about hot sex under the light of the full moon… you could play the virgin sacrifice.”

“Uh-huh… and you’d be the horny satyr? Thank god your legs aren’t all that hairy.”
